VirtualBox doesn't officially support USB booting, but if you're like me and you're interested in testing all things USB & ReactOS, check out this guide:
http://www.howtogeek.com/187721/how-to- ... irtualbox/
Essentially, you need to:
1. Prepare a flash drive to boot with Rufus
2. Get the PhysicalDrive#
3. Create a .VMDK (a virtual drive that points to the physical USB drive)
4. Boot it in VirtualBox (make sure to give it Admin rights!)
I even made an AutoIT script to create a .VMDK for any given flash drive, and I'll post it if there's interest. I've been doing some testing with a generic/cheap 1GB flash drive, and I'm hitting a lot of write errors. I'd be really interested to know what kind of progress others make with this.
Cheers!
