Really sounds like a repeating cycle to me. Ask yourself this...how many of the 64-bit programs available today are using a 32-bit installer?

I have an abandonware game from 1998 named Metal Knight Mission: Terminate Resistance that has an installer built with IS 5.0. I tried the fixed mentioned the first page of using the 32-bit version of 5.5 with the same results. The progress window pops up for a second, goes to 99%, then closes. The same as it did before with the 16-bit installer....

Borland Delphi32 is great for NT4Os or NT5Os windows.
Borland7 is very slow isInside WindowsXP, but you can make improvement inside Win7+
