Hello,
After the five years I'am following ReactOS and it's improvements I thought why not make a distribution because the upcoming 0.4 is compared to the first I've tested (0.2.6 or so) very mature and many apps work more or less well.
I read about slipstreaming files, which will be work for 3rd party dll files or maybe pictures, but not with software packages like setup exe's or msi's.
Is there any solution that I include Post-Install Setups like in windows, maybe through an additional module or a piece of code in 2nd stage setup?
at first I will begin with slipstreaming, but you may provide me a better solution.
Thanks in forward and best regards
Gonzo
More deployment options than slipstreaming files?

Re: More deployment options than slipstreaming files?
Well IMO there are two ways, slipstreaming is good for installing on different types of hardware because all it does is a custom install and can install extra software.
The other is making a CD image but that will not be an effective way to deploy it to the masses because you need to have similar hardware, though this works fine if you are bundling it with/for a VM
