Thanks for you interest in helping but we cannot publish copyrighted material.
We can though, tell what you were talking about, it's a book by Jan Axelson, entitled "USB Mass Storage",
you can have an overlook here.
Anyway, I've contacted mjmartin to inform him about this book, he was very interested and ordered it right away.
janderwald was also very pleased with the book contents. ;)

I checked it out before. Unless you found something in their documents that I missed, it has more information for USB device manufacturers and motherboard manufacturers than for us. Intel and AMD probably give more information we can use than the USB site. Knowing the programming side is not the same as knowing the electrical side of things. We need to know the bridge host commands, ports, and all of that.

Here are some URLs I found as far as free information goes:
http://www.intel.com/technology/usb/ehcispec.htm

http://www.intel.com/technology/usb/xhcispec.htm

http://www.intel.com/technology/usb/spec.htm

http://sourceforge.net/projects/libusb-win32/

I notice that the xHCI information at Intel above is pretty detailed. Over 300 pages in their PDF.

Probably irrelevant, but...
http://www.microchip.com/forums/m235427-print.aspx

I don't know who the comment in the next post is for, but I see the first 3 links above being a lot more helpful that what is on USB.org.
