I've been trying to test. Though I seem to get a lot of crashes on everything. Even apps that other people say work. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Maybe upgrading vbox might fix these issues.

In VBox is bug 5857 or/and 5810.

I suggest to create an own forum point "Test Talk" or Test cases".

The discussion is a dearangement, because answers are mixed !

in an own Forums point for every "test case" is then an own thread

do you have the "might" to open such an new head forum menu point ?

in my opion the new menu point should be one "the first page" of forum

"Support" is not precise enough, this point is already there.

"Test cases" or "Actual Tests" would be perhaps the right name.

in general discussion could be an anouncement to switch the interessted guys to "test cases"....

The downloader in the apps manager can get stuck downloading the installer, a cancel and retry will work.

Dot Net 2.0 takes a long time to load the installer like 5 minutes.
And then upon selecting install, many console windows open and close. (This does not happen on Windows)
Finally one of the consoles crashes "RegSvcs.exe" "CLR error: 80070001 The program will now terminate"
Pressing the "OK" button sends you the "An error occured during setup"
where "The following error occurred during setup:" flashes non stop, until ReactOS freezes solid.

You know, if you guys kept the result reporting to the wiki page, then the discussion of how to test something wouldn't get buried.

I cant even get Project64 to launch... I'm afraid it might be something on my end as no error is posted. I have to check the Debug log more toughly.

2. Editing the Wiki page by many people is bound to cause problems, especialy since it keeps jumping around when typing (IE8).

For:
1.-Search on the Forum, you will see a solution for that issue.
2.- I am trying to coordinate efforts via Forum and via RosQUESTs . hope it helps

Is it just me, or does the Wiki editing screen only show one line at a time?

Request: do we have to test Ideas 1.0.3.3 Beta2 even if there are on the official website newer stable versions?

For me too, in opera. But if I edit the source html from opera and change textarea row number from 0 to some bigger number, I can edit nicely.

I can not edit the wiki page it signs me out as soon as i open it, but i wanted to note JRE 1.6.07 doesnt work properly but the problem is not in ReactOS , it cant find its class library but native code runs fine(ie. the JRE itself)
