Update for ReactOS 0.3.13:
Dynamic Resolution Resizing of OS itself work, but not together with VBox Guest Additions. Guest Additions inject new resolutions in real-time, and I am not sure if ReactOS supports it.

3D OpenGL: Celestia now works in 3D Accelerated mode ! Yay !
But many rendering gliteches and VM often locks up.

I am not sure if developers read this discussion forum. From developers discusses here perhaps only project leader - fireball. Developers are not paid (by whoever) for their work on Reactos - they try to fix what is in bugzilla (and they able to fix - on their own pace).

BTW source code is available, you can build Reactos on your machine.
