I would like to start work on Multilingual User Interface (MUI) support. Actually is listed on Missing ReactOS Functionality. But first I need to know if someone is already working on it.
This gonna be my first ReactOS project. Any advices will be really welcome.

as far as i know it never went pass the planning phase, so feel free to work in this direction.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

Just to give some status, I'm already working on this feature. I created all the function stubs and now deeply studding them using the MSDN library documentation.

Great to hear that. Could you visit us on #reactos channel in irc.freenode.net server, so perhaps you could speak with Aleksiej Bragin (abragin, Fireball), our Project Coordinator about details?
