I'm not against including it, Foxit is great, it was just a comment that it MAY be better to include a free alternative.
Show me please one free alternative, as in alternative i mean an app that is at least not visibly performing worse than Foxit.

The one I suggested, like I said, don't know if it has a windows port, if it got it, I think is not a bad alternative, Evince, but however, I think there isn't a win port because is part of the gnome project.

At this point in development, ReactOS isn't stable enough to consider different versions. Being an open-source project, branching and distros will be inevitable if ReactOS becomes stable enough for everyday use, but not quite yet.
