hangon....
let's not have a progress bar from start to "finished" reactos (which, unless MS goes bust, is nearly impossible).
Instead, let's have a progress bar for how long until next release.
That's a lot easier and more practical.
Or maybe even different progress bars for key issues, such as networking, USB support, SATA etc.

The next release will be 0.3.11, with an earliest projected release date being end of October, 2009.
Now people can stop whining about that.

Usability effort: flawless browsing in Firefox 3, no winetest crashes

How is the roadmap for 0.3.11 tracking with what's currently being accomplished?
Firefox 3 browsing hasn't been flawless. Actually, networking ReactOS in
general seems fairly unstable.

At this point, does it look like the next release will be 0.3.12 or 0.4.0?

Look at the bright side, at least people think that ReactOS is worth whining about.

Seems reasonable, I don't know why no one came up with it before.

Ask then in French forum, if you dont feel comfortable about reading in English (im not English neither)
For sure 0.3.11 will be at the end of November, the Eta is end of Octuber. But you want a sure date so come here on 25th November and the 0.3.11 will be out. :)

you really think 0.3.11 will be finished in November? The road map says no wine test crashes. there are currently 9 crashes and 12 cancelled. In a month there are more crashes than reactos started with. This is probably due to what i think is added tests. None that crashed a month ago have stopped crashing.

Though there have been 7 cancelled that have changed status and do not crash. I suppose most likely cancelled means crashed and is being worked on.

Well, at least we try to get it finished in the next weeks.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

If my post/reply offends or insults you, be sure that you know what sarcasm is...

I was kinda hoping for 0.4 to be complete by the new year. Seems i should expect it to be complete by sept '10 :|
