The Windows 3.11 interface is similar to the Motif interface. Neither one has the [close] button. Also, isn't the default interface of FVWM similar to the one of Motif (no [close] button)?

If window managers *ever* become a possibility (the win32 GDI subsystem would have to be "managed" by the windowmanager running inside X11, which is icky, but can be done by borrowing some wine code and inserting some nasty hacks), it's gonna be a while. Working uxthemes.dll is on the roadmap, so fret not, you will get your themes in due time.

I remember some porting of KDE to windows system (some screenshots were on net) but I cant remember where ;(

Who is to say that themes would not be possible later on? I think it would be jumping the gun right now to think that the theme we have now is going to be all we have in verson 1.0
