This is the website of the person who hosted the CVS repository. Since we switched to SVN this is propably what you're looking for: http://svn.reactos.com/viewcvs/trunk/

it's Rex's homepage. Before we switched to SVN there was a web-based cvs repository viewer, just like the one we use for SVN now.

No, the cvs.reactos.com is still a cvs viewer. This is why I was so confused about Rex's hompage in the .org domain.
