I've heard about this for a while, but never used it because I have never had a mac.

I like how they have ROS in the lost of OS's on the home page.

The one thing I should probably mention is that it does not appear to have a virtualization/accelerator module available. It would be alot more useful for people wanting to get windows on mac os x (at least if you have an intel mac) if there was one available.

Well, as you ca read on QEmu's homepage:
Q is a Mac OS X port of QEMU with a nice GUI.
so it's maybe not so strange. Mac usrers can use Q as we use QEmu.

Hi, like I told you before, for mac user. We hate window. We do not need bell and wishel compatibility but basic one. So, beeing able to run win program on a mac via wine or reactos is just what's mather.

Now react os install on Q. I only hope, react os will support soon more program than wine. Using Q or parallel or fusion with reactos could releif us from micro...

Here the final screenshot of the installation of react os
http://www.kju-app.org/proj/attachment/ ... 031_21.png you could see all by changing 21 by 1 to 20

The install process is http://www.kju-app.org/proj/wiki/ReactOS031

You can see the mac community interest to have something to work win programs without win.

maconly:

If presented with a choice of which Windows OS you want to emulate/virtualize, chose Windows XP/2003, not the 9x series like you mention in the guide. ReactOS is after all aims to act like windows NT, specifically XP/2003 at the moment.

Hi, sorry but I haven't write the install. Just find it. Maybe the guy who try only find reactos working with 9x install. It's sure the winXp/2003 emulation is better but...

So it's just to show that reactos can be a windowless environment on a mac.

Hopping collaboration with Q team (port of Qmenu for mac).
