Good, but in my opinion the X (contour, particularry) should not be faded.
Try with a flat one (...and a blue one could be interesting too).

Last but not least, i think it's the time to choose the "React" font, 'cause seems that everyone has its own.

In my opinion we should choose betwen Techno Sci-Fi, LCD and Various.

Finally we must contatct the font author to ask an official authorization to use his font.

The X looks good. I would make the "X-Orbit" running to the middle, not to top of the X.
I don't like the font of React.

In my eyes you should completely remove the green color. It doesn't blend well with the dark red. It also disturbs the brown/red atmosphere.

I hate to say and see but some quite nice logos inhere quite resemble the logo of http://www.techworld.nl/ (it's the 'o' in the header)...
Hope they don't go make stupid claims when they see RX...

Love the logo... absolutely awesome...

about my logo... they are made so that i can change the colors to whatever I wish, i just chose those as an example... so it's cool i can make it whatever color wished...
