One thing at a time. We need a working kernel first. Though ROS might try to create a mobile variant as well eventually.

hello,
Most devs are presently working on getting ROS stable on PCs... and there is a PPC port being worked on by a few too i believe..
If u plan on working on ARM port no one can stop u .... If u wish to do so, do pop in in the IRC and have a chat with the devs bout it ....
Regards GreyGhost

Yes, but not in a near future.

I talked with the one recoding the kernal right now, he said that it would probably be such a project later on, so yes, but not right now, first a complete ReactOS then RosCE. But then again, no plans or guidlines or timelines are done so far, so don't blame me if nothing isn't happening.
