Questions about ReactOS

Hello,
I'm new to ReactOS. I have some questions. Can it run Windows .bat script? Can it install Windows-compatible apps? Is it stable?

Yes, Yes and No, No.

Bat works (normally). XP and older compatible apps are working but not all, for recent apps it's the gamble but a lot doesn't works. Stable no because it's in ALPHA stage.

ReactOS can run some .bat scripts and older Windows apps, but newer software might not work well. It’s still in alpha, so it's not fully stable.
