I have succeeded in getting ReactOS to boot on the Intel Mac in a free emulator called Q. Q is based on the QEMU project which may explain why it works. This emulator worked with both virtual hard drive installs and running the liveCD.

It could run in Q on a PPC mac too, when it can run native (which it should be able to) that is something interesting.

In virtualisation mode, reactos could be THE solution to mac user. To be able to run win program, having to buy or steal a copy of windows is not a solution mac user will like to use first. With osX we do not need all the feature include in windows, just the basic to let win program to work.

Qmenu with hardware accelerator, or and other solution of virtualisation by Apple or third party AND reactos and finish to have to use windows.

I'm looking foward for the capability of reactos to run win program in the release 1.
