finale notepad (music sheet editing SW)

Hi.
Has some tried to install finale notepad music sheet editing SW (free software)?

System requirements are windows XP SP3 and above.
As I need this SW only to export files to an XML format, I am hesitating to install reactos without any former information from someone who tried.
