Where do I report problems?

Sorry for my stupid question. A software I am trying to run (Sky Map Pro 11, an astronomy program) crashes on startup in ReactOS, but works perfectly in Wine on Linux (since Wine 0.9 days up to 5.0.2 stable). Does ReactOS have something like an AppDB or a Bugzilla to report issues like this? Thanks for any tips.
