ReactOS for Servers would require stability and no data loss. ReactOS being Alpha, provides both instability and data loss, not a good combination - but when it leaves Alpha it would be interesting to test, with the idea that one day in the far future, it could be practical.

data loss may be already improved with the transition to btrfs

stability is the key question, but I consider more important the SMP feature, is very useless to buy a multicore server and only make use of one of these.

Microsoft Server 2003 is effectively a superset of Microsoft Windows XP. Server 2003 includes necessary server features that Windows XP lacks.

What would "necessary server features" be? ReactOS has file sharing and MySQL and nginx run on it; that's a "server" by my definition.

The last part is about the server roles one can install on a Windows Server 2003. Everything before that is either a trivial configuration change between XP & Server 2003 or not applicable to ReactOS, such as Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger or IE Enhanced Security.
