Thats the nice popint. Now the clock.exe and some other programs and libraries running direct on Windows and ReactOS.- Builtin modules in PE format.
Sadly it shows again, that there is a lack of cooperation between ReactOS and WINE. The cmd.exe of ReactOS is better. And they have two different versions of the Taskmanager. Same with some other programs and libaries which goes other ways.
Not big surprise, since they are not developing an OS, but running software in existing OS that already have its own system specific tools.

It's difficult to compare two projects so different. The goal is not the same for each other, Wine target is Windows 10 and ReactOS is 2003 Server. The sync of ReactOS is on the Wine 4.0 for the moment, they need time for that. And finally, Wine is on Stable status and ReactOS is in Alpha (development) stage yet.
