There are major differences between build 71365 and 71366.
Much much more than what the change to a defined variable
could account for.

You are not going to believe this at first.
You may think I don't know what I am doing.
You may think other things as well.

I do not understand.
What is the signifance?
Possibly you have an explanation.

Here is what I have done.

I extracted bootcd-71365-dbg.iso and bootcd-71366.iso all
the individual files to seperate directories.

I ran an MD5 comparison between the two directories.

I expected very few differences.

However about 75% of the files have different MD5 codes.
Different date stamps.

I have a 106KB text file showing all the comparisons.

I ran FC /B on a few files.

At the byte level some files have major differences,
some only a few like 6 bytes.

I need to send you this 106KB text file.
How can I do this.

PS:

Some drivers are different like acpi.sys
which would not be affected by allocating arrays.

1) Take this discussion to a different thread.

2) You don't determine differences between revisions by looking at diffs of binary blobs, you look at source code changes.

Please tell me what you all want me to do
for a new thread.

And, I have two PCS here.

One runs both 71366 up to the current revision and lower revisions too.
The other only runs 71365 and lower.

How can I help you with this problem?

Near the top of this web page there are links marked "Board index ‹ General ‹ General Discussion and Feedback".
Choose "General".
From the list of forums that appears, choose "Support". This is the appropriate forum for soliciting help to get ReactOS to run, whether you are trying to run a release candidate of version 0.4.2, an overnight build, or some other build of ReactOS.

Unfortunately, you cannot drag along with you to the new forum the posts you have already mis-located into this one. But you can start a new thread (topic) in the appropriate forum, Support, using the button marked "NewTopic" near the top of the page below the name of the forum. Start the new thread with a post describing your situation and the help you require. Link that post to one of your earlier posts in this topic. Then, in this topic, "General Testing for 0.4.2" make a short post stating that all further comments about your issue should go to the new thread in the Support forum and link to your first post in your new topic there.

Downloaded zip, extracted the ISO and burned on a CD-RW using Windows 10 Pro will all of the latest updates (?) on a C5 with 32 GB

I have a second machine with is a C2 and 8GB ram. However several of the system32 do not load so LiveCD dies. I have tried all of the options as well.

An example is system32\drivers\acpi.sys does not exists.
