ufs2tools contains tools for reading ufs (ffs) filesystems and bsd labels from windows 2000/XP. both ufs1 and ufs2 are supported.

Your links above are old! I have found another link, which is up-to-date.

This is a quote from the site author, "I maintain a few open source file system drivers for Windows that was developed by other open source groups:"

The ReiserFS file system is now included in the ReactOS source (CORE-11005).

The topic Why ROS will not work on NTFS/ZFS/Reiser4/whatever right now is being overtaken by recent commits to ReactOS. (Warning, no topic necromancy please! Do not add to that old topic.) Perhaps the time has come to lock it and start a new topic with updated information describing the file system work that is now in progress.
