This kind of fourth person is very common in Austronesian languages.
In French too. (I'm French and at the beginning, I made the same mistake)

Otherwise there is the pronoun "One" as in: "One thinks ReactOS is great!"

To return to the topic, I don't see a question of the what happen, if Microsoft open source Windows, ReactOS would simply add the open source features not implemented and continue the project.

In "Deutsche Fenster für BEFEHLE" the telemetry would certainly be TOTAL. However, Win10 is going in that direction and for this reason ALONE, Microsoft will NEVER open source Windows.

I appreciate that this conversation is de-railed by my discussion of the "what-if Nazi-Windows" "Deutsche Fenster für BEFEHLE" but somehow it seems more logical to talk about that imaginary o/s than Microsoft open-sourcing Windows - as clearly neither will ever happen.

Actually, someone could fork ROS to make "Deutsche Fenster für BEFEHLE" so it is more likely than Microsoft open-sourcing Windows. Shall we change the thread title to that as it is more likely?

I could always open a specific thread for "Deutsche Fenster für BEFEHLE" if there was enough interest. I even have screenshots from this what-if o/s... that arrived from an inter-dimensional rift. I was lucky enough to receive them in my email inbox.

That was lucky.

Shunesburg, did you mean 'an indefinite pronoun'? Another name for 'indefinite pronoun' is 'impersonal pronoun'.

In "Deutsche Fenster für BEFEHLE" we would ignore such grammatical anomalies. Indeed we might rename it "Deutsche Fenster für MEIN befehle".

...and before anyone accuses me of being a grammar Nazi...

Noone cares about what pronoun ^^ Back to topic!
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

If my post/reply offends or insults you, be sure that you know what sarcasm is...
