I think ReactLDR bootloader. This is renamed of FreeLDR. FreeLDR is bootloader of general OS'es. ReactLDR is bootloader of ReactOS.

And FreeLDR is a general bootloader. It has/had support for Linux bootup and Windows bootup still works to a certain degree without needing WinLDR at all. So the name is correct.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

The name is great, following a long tradition in FOSS puns and subtle cheekiness. References: libcaca, git, glib and so on.
External patch contributor for ux/user-mode/l10n/winapi. Sometimes I fix a bit of everything everywhere.
