I cant even delete the output-MinGW-i386 even type clean !! HELP!!

Your picture shows you at [4/7956]. Does this progress at all?

What happens when you run `clean`? Are you in the `reactos` directory when you run it?

when I type clean in the reactos directory, It gives me an error!

And that error would be?...

It says that you cannot delete output-MingW-i386

Can just somebody make a tutorial that how to compile ReactOS Source PLease>......

I mean a video in youtube..

Building ReactOS can take upwards of half an hour depending on how powerful your computer is. From your screenshot, I see no error.

You can always get nightly builds from http://iso.reactos.org/.
