Why don't just call it NTLDR instead of FREELDR
Although you can give a boot loader whatever name you want since 99.9% of programs won't need to know this file, I think a Windows-like system should look like Windows.

Our bootloader is multiboot compliant but NTLDR/BOOTMGR is loaded using flat loading so a name change is necessary for programs that deal with NTLDR/BOOTMGR.
