C Runtime Error in most apps.

Seems the fix is still worse that the problem itself, before we have a C runtime error, now we have a BSOD.

Or maybe the BSOD is an underlying bug

Obtain a Debuglog with a Backtrace..maybe it can help a little

Firefox 11 presents the same problem.

In r56388, I didn't get any error when installing Firefox 11.

Firefox works, but the C++ runtime error still is present and its showed during setup.
