ReactOS Slogan

[Wierd]

Run with ReactOS.

(I envision a TV commercial skit, simmilar to how IBM did linux commercials with the little boy-- but with these elements instead--)


Corporate drones dressed in grey march to work. A light grey and dark grey traffic signal directs hordes of office workers on their identical cellphones. People stand in line to pay for the bus, money in hand. (the bus makes pollution)

A jogger in full color runs past the bus filled with grey suit clad drones, who stare in wonder. He is carrying a bright blue gym bag. He runs up to a woman at the bus stop, and extends the bag to the bewildered drone.

"Try it, It's free." Says the man, as he jogs away.

The woman opens the bag, and the grey in her face disappears, as though a magic light is shineing from inside the bag.

(Scene cuts)

The woman from before sticks her head out from around a building-- The blue gym bag slung over her shoulder. She is now dressed like the jogger. She runs down the crammed street, much like the man from before.

The camera zooms to her feet, now clad in white jogging shoes. They have the ReactOS logo on them (like where a Nike swoosh would be)

The screen fades to white, with a big ReactOS logo, overshadowing a simple line of text. The sounds of jogging feet continue

"The free alternative to riding on Windows"

Which then fades, and is replaced with the text:

"Run with reactos"

[end commercial]

(In the white screen, there is a light grey web address listed in a corner)




Well? What do you think?

... now if only those developers would hurry up and release ROS 1.0 already... ah well, one can dream

Yeah, only the first part really applies now.

A lot of the ones on the wiki just do not work. I think one is more an idea for MS.

Well i figured if we were coming up with a slogan it would be for the finished product. Not as it sits now. If it was for what we have now it would be somthing like........... Hey it has solitaire! or Reactos windows 3.1 enhanced..
