LMH1, sorry. I thougt EmuandCo would rely on something like a bug report. If you want the most modern OS, you should be aware of Aeneas point of view.
Because he touches a sore spot.

But only as long as we're talking about the future development of MS NT-kernel in general. Older NT-kernels like Windows Server 2003 can be achieved as long as there are interested developers. And even we might think there are too few of them (because we're not patient), well, isn't it astonishing how long ReactOS already attracts coders? How many times ReactOS already participated Google's Summer of Code?

But its did not help, its some developer here?
#define _WIN32_WINNT 0x0501 // I misunderstand that
#include <windows.h>
#include <iostream>
#include <cstdlib>

using namespace std;

int main()
{
MEMORYSTATUSEX statex;

statex.dwLength = sizeof (statex); // I misunderstand that

GlobalMemoryStatusEx (&statex);
cout << "Physical RAM => " << (float)statex.ullTotalPhys/(1024*1024*1024)<< endl;

system("PAUSE");
return EXIT_SUCCESS;
}
Tryed this on windows 10 its get " 15.8972 as ram.
'
tryed to add: https://www.dll-files.com/download/0c4a ... 1YcWFnUT09

But still get: The application failed to inializer property (0xc000007b) click ok to terminate program.
Did its missing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package? Or anything else?

Yes i think ARM and x64 is bit outgoal for ReactOS nice with support but as its look:
[ external image ]

[ external image ]
Sorry i did not think user or anyone understand did this need vista or later? or was errormessage before more easy to understand?

I know x64 bits its early stage, but i think documentation should be better with limitation on ReactOS expecaly Ram\CPU and GPU its did not support nvidia\AMD drivers yet. So ReactOS is to day a windows 95 clone with XP look.

What else did ReactOS missing compared with normaly OS ACHI drivers, Trim for SSD, Raid, UEFI, IPV6, Safety center?
Issue is also about spyware\virus\firewall? There is not much safety software for XP?
https://www.safetydetective.com/recomme ... gLJW_D_BwE
but its will get slower with 1 core and less ram not sure how much will support ReactOS?

(To clarify: I never said it's a "bad" "rocket car". It's actually a very nice "rocket car", bad rocket cars are there galore, such as osfree (OS/2) and FreeVMS (OpenVMS). ;) )

But issue for me reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-3291-gea4c1a0-x86 or reactos-bootcd-0.4.15-dev-3291-gea4c1a0-x64-msvc-win-dbg.7z break the boot and get bluescreen some serielport issue? windows 11 or fedora 35\ubuntu 21.10 its better.

The fact that FreeVMS' last release was in 2009, and accomplished nothing of general relevance.

That doesn't mark it as being bad, it just marks it as incomplete or giving it a more positive spin a useful source of reference.

If incompleteness marks something as BAD then ReactOS must be at level EVIL.

Yes. Incompleteness marks something bad. It is what makes you fail exams or get fired.

See, the thing is, you appear to have a rather twisted, own perception of things — no offense and each to his own, of course — , and you seem to seek some chap to have a word with in the ever emptier hallways of these forums. You see yourself, it appears to me, as some sort of "defender of the crown", whereas how you REALLY appear, and WHY it is not easy to exchange said word, you may start to earnestly consider when you find proper time.

Well, you should expect a defender of the crown in a forum of a specific project, don't you agree? And yes he is and count me in, too. These hallways are emptier, that's true and I can not ignore that. But why is that? Is it because of ReactOS or is it because of existing ... more ... how do you say these days? Vogue? ... alternatives, like Mattermost, Discord, Matrix or Telegram? All these are quite active compared to here.

Regarding your opinion about incomplete = bad: So you say a construction site is bad? A unfinished artwork is bad? A unfinished family planning is bad? No, no and no is what I say. Unfinished means only one thing. Said thing is not in a state the author wants it to be yet. Nothing more and nothing less. As you said with words like twisted opinion etc, I say we are the ones with a opinion and you are, too. Twisted is what another claims to be twisted. </philosophermode>

Ah and before I forget why I replied here at all... What does that have to do with "ReactOS on HP mini 110c-1000"?
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

Well, no. We are in fact drawing attention to your very own twisted perception of things using your own words. YOURS.

Well, that's just rubbish and I will take some slight offence - as that is clearly how your comment was meant with your snide digs to these " ever emptier hallways of these forum". If you don't know Mattermost then you don't know where things are truly happening, we come here to help and answer queries and respond when it is necessary to do so. We spend the majority of time elsewhere where it matters.

I am going to state that you clearly have no idea of what you are talking about, just opinions that are meant to degrade and annoy. However, You have failed. We know who you are are, you have just made that clear. We can safely ignore you from this point onwards.
