What Windows version would ReactOS compare to?

What version of Windows is ReactOS comparable right now to in terms of features, compatibility, and maturity? Windows 95? 98? 2000? XP? Vista? 7? 8/8.1? 10? How long would it take to catch up to Windows 7?
