Glad you want to help. Here's some links to get you started:

First of all, you'll want to talk to the ReactOS team members directly, since they rarely visit the forums. You can talk to them on IRC. See here for details:

http://www.reactos.org/en/community_irc.html

Secondly, you'll need to know a little about how translation is actually done around here. In order to do that, please look at the following wiki pages:

http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/T ... troduction
http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/Translations
http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/RC_File_Standards

Finaly, you'll need to get files from the SVN repository:

http://svn.reactos.org/svn

and, once they are translated, upload your changes to bugzilla:

http://www.reactos.org/bugzilla/

Hopefully this should be enough to get you started.

EDIT: I've just realised that you were asking about web-site translation, not actual OS translation, but I'll leave these links here anyway in case you'd like to do that as well.

Thanks for your reply. We may translate the ReactOS but there is already a Turkish translator.

We've not really heard from him recently, afaik. And the project has many sections to translate, so the more the merrier.

Yes,just one Turkish isnt enough to translate all the contents of Reactos Web.
We are 2 (Spanish Translators)and we arent enough to translate all the contents ;)

I hope this isn't one of those one Turk vs. two Spaniards debates...

It isnt a debate of numbers,my answer was related to his sentence:

Well, there is a turkish translator...and??what??You can join him without problems.
He maybe said that because in others (smallers)projects just one translator is enough(and also allowed). So i told him than more than one is allowed in this project("We are 2 (Spanish Translators)")because the big amount of Info("we arent enough to translate all the contents").

I wish now you can understand my sentence...(a lack of my English maybe) ;)

Hi again.
There was one translator. Now, there are two : )
I believe in we can do this job, of course we need more Turkish translators. Therefore, I am looking for someone. Even though I will not find anyone, we - two- will go on this project.
See you.

I understand him perfectly, i don't see the need for translation.
