How do I am a Thai Language in Language specific discussion. If anybody know how to register this one, plase tell me.

If i understand correctly u wish to have a sub forum under language forums right?
For that u will need tto contact frik85 .... i will try my best to pouint out this topic to him if i find him in the irc (*sigh @ timezones ......)

I was busy the last few days.
I added the "Thai" language sub-forum. There is currently no need for an moderator for that language. If there are some more posts in the sub-forum, there will be a need for a mod.
