kernel32 problem or something

Can anybody explain me how to fix this please?

This is a Vista+ API you are missing there. Check the Compatibility settings of the app and change to Vista.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

Thanks for this but I m afraid it did not work as I had hope. Is there some sort of pack installer of all these API I can get?
