Though not completely sure if that's for the RCs.

tried the rc2 last night, and it seems to be coming along nicely. last time I tried Reactos there were many gui problems with grids etc that worked really well now in rc2. one thing though, I did some benchmark testing on memory managment, GlobalAlloc, HeapAlloc, VirtualAlloc etc and Reactos was VERY slow compared win2k on the same machine. I was certain it would be slower but not this slow, for example 200 iterations of HeapCreate/Alloc/Destroy was 7910784 ticks, compared to 10909 ticks on win2k on the same machine. was rc2 compiled with debug features and no optimizations? that would explain alot.

Obnoxious, There is a DBG ISO and a RELEASE ISO. The one that does not show up the Freeloader on boot is the RELEASE one without DBG Features active. But keep in mind in what stage of dev ReactOS is. It's Alpha because of some reasons.
