How to install Unreal in ReactOS?

I dont actually know how to install Unreal in ReactOS, I would imagin that it is similar to how Unreal Tournament is installed since the UT engine is simply a beefed up version of its father, however, I could not make heads or tales of those commands...im a total n00b!

can someone explain to me step by step how UT is installed...from that i think i can work out Unreal 1.
