I'm not going to lie to you and say I read up on your web host, however if they have php installed on their server which over 95% hosts do. Then you'll be in good shape.

If you like the current we are on now, then look into installing PHP BB. Very easy 5 minutes install.

If you want a feature rich forum, try SMF (Simple Machines Forum).. yAH! The name sounds wack but worked very well for us in the past..
