Re: Microsoft removed 32 bit support
It's a goal for ReactOS to be at least "barely usable" for 2025!
ReactOS - Barely Usable by 2025 I can see the slogan now...

Re: Microsoft removed 32 bit support
LOL I think with enough time it will get there. Considering that it was stable enough to look around the desktop without crashing. I didn't use a VM btw.
Re: Microsoft removed 32 bit support
op that is not what is happening Microsoft are not releasing a 32Bit version of windows 11 but you can still run 32bit programs on windows 11

Re: Microsoft removed 32 bit support
Microsoft was clear on this fact, the Win32 applications will be supported, only the System will be 64bit only (and for this second point, it's not set in stone).
Re: Microsoft removed 32 bit support
My issue was that, the not releasing 32bit of there operating system.
Re: Microsoft removed 32 bit support
That's a perfect niche for ReactOS, many linux distros are migrating to 64bit-only, the market for 32 bits systems is getting out of reliable options, and many applications may run with misbehaviors (or even not run directly) in newer windows versions, thus ReactOS can become in the only OS supporting them.

Exactly.

Re: Microsoft removed 32 bit support
I know that, I don't agree with linux ditching 32 bit platform since in many ways there code has gotten very sloppy and slow but that just my opinion. And yeah reactos can fill up that void.
Re: Microsoft removed 32 bit support
I don't have a lan card sadly.
