Brains are not distributed equally. Some receive less than others, some receive more. It is sad but true. That answers your question and also why you asked it in the first place.

What is the right operating system?
Please keep the Windows classic (9x/2000) look and feel.
The layman's guides to - debugging - bug reporting - compiling - ISO remaster.
They may help you with a problem, so do have a look at them.
