PSPad and Notepad++. both works on ReactOS, but PSPad is kinda heavier to work well on ReactOS, so I only use it in Windows XP

Code editor? Like a full blown IDE or just... text document editor? Either way, Notepad++ for the things that don't exactly need IDEs(such as Javascript or Freebasic), Notepad is acceptable too, and Sharpdevelop or Codeblocks for the others.
