Telegram animated stickers

For who could be interesting and is qualified for the task of making Telegram ReactOS animated stickers. The purpose is to inform this.
Here´s some info about making animated Telegram stickers .tgs format (since Telegram is the other communication channel), to trying to avoid use Adobe After Effects:

Mattermost uses the default set of emojis as well as allowing the administrator to upload custom emotes in the server, similarly in Discord. So no, Mattermost has no support for stickers or animated ones whatsoever.

Android phone, Google keyboard and it's gif search/insert used.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.
