Would Microsoft replace NT Kernel with Linux kernel?

Yes but for now, ReactOS doesn't have a ARM version (and no work begin). It's only x86 (32bit) and the development of 64bit it's not finish yet. If you want install ReactOS on it, it will be only in VM (like VirtualBox, VMware, QEMU...).

ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.
