Windows 10 now includes a python 3 installation.
https://devblogs.microsoft.com/python/p ... 19-update/
-uses Ubuntu+GNOME 3 GNU/Linux
-likes Free (as in freedom) and Open Source Detergents
-favors open source of Windows 10 under GPL2

It requires Windows 10 but can be safely installed without corrupting other programs. It also provides many convenient commands for launching Python and its tools. It can be used to build Python packages or run scripts, but is not updateable and has no user interface tools.
