Re: older commits view at CIA

The best way is to subscribe to ros-diffs and get every commit direct to your inbox.
If you don't wanna do this then you can view them in the ros-diffs archive : http://www.reactos.org/archives/public/ros-diffs/

Re: ReactOS 0.3.11 progress...

Nute, your posts are very negative and I understand why everyone gets so annoyed with you. Everyone seems to know the answer to pretty much every question you ask, except you. I think the question as to why you don't know these answers is a bigger mystery as to why the 0.3.11 release was held back. ...

Re: Forum suggestion, to make it a little more "socialble"

The forums have become an unsociable and sometimes nasty place to be.
Something will be done about it.

Re: Organisation of non-developers?

I like your ideas.
We need people like you to help with such organazation. It's a big task and as you say, most developers are busy doing what they do best, developing.
Why don't you come to #reactos-dev and discuss this further with us.

Re: ReactOS 0.3.11 and end of October...

Anyway, Nute is a user - translate that to a customer. He may not be paying for anything, but ReactOS's adoption will suffer if users aren't treated a little better. I'm well aware that it can be frustrating for the developers to get these questions all the time, but if you can't give a polite resp...

Re: Do we have any mentors?

I thought exactly like you did a couple of years ago but I'm starting to realize I'm too old to become a jedi That's incorrect. Con Kolivas, one of the most respected linux kernel developers, only got his first computer at 26 and didn't even learn to start programming until the 2.6 kernel (2004). A...

Re: Application Programming Interface reporting...

Versioning information is hard coded in the kernel. Since the kernel is very strict about its design it isn't possible to change this. We could hack the win apis like GetVersionInfoEx, but that's a bit counter productive. It's best to report the versioning infomation in the kernel as many of the new...

Re: Element Software partnership?

Can you guys please stop posting to this thread, you're clogging up my new forum thread feed. This guy promised something, refused to give further details other than screenshots, canned the project within five days of announcing progress, and was unusually defensive when we asked about patches/sour...

Re: Element Software partnership?

It's useless to go on arguing about this. Do you want my opinion? Screw you if you don't Comon, there's no need for that. Where are we going with these opinions of ours? NOWHERE. They are merely non-deductive logic statements which cannot be proven right, nor wrong (even though they can be consider...

Re: Element Software partnership?

That's a problem with today's programmers, their mind is pretty linear And the problem with people like you is you're too niave. If patternjake told you he had $100000 to donate to reactos, would you have believed that too? You're the kind of person why this whole thread made me angry. You believed...

Ged : And you call yourself a developer with that attitude? I'm just annoyed that you tricked the reactos users for so long. Even though I didn't, many of the people on this forum actually believed and had faith in you. It's unfair that we should allow people to come to this forum and get people ex...
