I voted for AMD 64. But really it should only take 1 or 2 ports to different hardware platforms for ReactOS's codebase to become portable, like Linux's is. I think that the ability to run ReactOS on those computers at a reasonable speed would be good, because that would mean that the actual code for ROS would have to be very efficient, and thus running it on faster machines it would be even faster. Though on the other hand I don't think ReactOS should ...

I believe one of the developers already had Ext2 support to a useable state (or semi-usable). It was posted in the blogs or news a few months ago. Though to implement Ext3 support the only real thing that has to be done is adding support in ReactOS for a journal (or that may be a driver only thing)....
