There is no C++ code in *.msstyles file, it's a DLL with resources. It can be converted back into *.rc (text) with something like Resource Hacker. Then compile *.rc with ReactOS tools wrc and/or windres The whole point it to recreate these resources from scratch without depending on resources extra...
