Re: Raddr2line?

I dont think this tool was built with rbuild in any other way than manually. It was simply included in BE by default. Sure, it's to be built manually. Right, it never was built automatically. The built app was added to the windows version. No idea how the unix version did it though. It was to be bu...

Re: Compatibility Database

Hi,

for such issues, if you see that posting on boards is pointless, consider mailing guys from web team.
If it does not work, you can mail me *in last resort*.

Pierre

Re: Raddr2line?

Hi,

the tool still exists, but appears not to be built with CMake. You can still do it manually though.
You can find it in tools/rsym/raddr2line.c

Re: SVN Repository Problems

Hi, if you want fewer revisions, then CIA.vc is the best solution. You can also use svn log command. For the rest, that's the way ViewVC works (unfortunately) and we can't afford rewriting a software just for this. We are currently exploring other possible solutions. But from test to production, eve...

Re: SVN Repository Problems

Hi, we are currently facing problems with the server hosting http://svn.reactos.org/svn. Since the log operation is a heavy operation (CPU + memory), it gets killed before it can finish (unless log is short enough, this is why is works for branches). For the moment, consider using CIA.vc services in...

Re: spam messages

Hi, Dont think we missed those 185 messages... We still need a fix for this.... I'm currently working on that. I've deployed new solutions this morning/midday. We'll see whether they work. Moderators MUST HAVE "Delete all this user posts" option!! I don't wanna delete only one message... I want mult...

Re: Reactos Criticisms

The way this topic progresses looks a bit weird to me. People writing here, another one answering elsewhere?! As far as I get it (I might be wrong), boards are done to offer everyone the chance to either create or answer to a topic. No need to create the same topic on several boards. I'd also like t...

Re: Tools for automated OS testing on real hardware?

Hi, we (the ReactOS sysadmins) are already thinking about such solution. It would be based on a computer having either AMT or IPMI. And then the OS would be installed through PXE. The point of sending debug has not been discussed yet. But it would likely go through serial to another computer. Regard...

Re: Making ReactOS more public

But have Microsoft ever released an unfinished build of their OS to public? Have Microsoft ever released a FINISHED build of their OS to public? Sorry,i have to reboot, Windows 7 wants to install 20 updates. You should feel ashamed to post such a comment since you pretend being a tester for the Rea...

Re: Unixoid drivers?

@ Pisarz - Now, this I cannot believe. I mean, I read somewhere that the driver model changed from NT 3.51 to NT 4, I read that it changed from XP to Vista, I am reading that other projects - e.g. the FreeVMS I mentioned in another thread - change their whole kernel, I see there is Debian/GNU Hurd,...

Other point, could someone retest LBreakout2, using 0.3.12 trick? I'm pretty sure it works. Thanks.
