Ros Explorer

I know the Ros explorer can be downloaded hear http://www.sky.franken.de/ by its original creator Martin Fuchs, but I was wondering 1. If the explorer on that site is up to date? 2. Would it be a good idea to branch the explorer development to its own website (still affiliated with Reactos) and offe...

I also like (liked?) Ged's UI work, but then again I kinda liked a lot of mf's work as well. The reason I like Ged more is because he came of as less rude. When people made suggestions (even for replacements of his current work), he was responsful and open to the suggestions. Mf seemed more concerne...

Nice

Wow, since the electrons match up with the white space already, why don't you just ditch them. The original angle is much better so I suggest using that. Finally, just to avoid legal issues, why don't you use the reactos blue (web site color), or the marblized blue of the current logo instead of the...

0.3.1 ext. will be branched from the 0.4.0 trunk just as 0.2.9 was branched from the 0.3.0 trunk.

I really like your first three pics Harteex. Viator, the leeshood pic is very cool. I found this one in the Wikipedia commons http://img47.imageshack.us/my.php?image=mistymorning034cu.jpg This might be a good source of media, in addition to user submitted stuff (being gnu and all). edit: actually I ...

when I try to boot freeloader from floppy I get two messeges, the first reads:

"Inode is not a directory"

and the second reads:

"NTOSKRNL.EXE not found"
Im assuming this is the reactos kernel and not finding it is therefore bad.
Any help would be appreciated.

sorry Imod, never noticed your post before. This error happens if you don't cd all the way to the reactos folder, ie "cd C:\ros\trunk\reactos" basicly you are not in the folder containing the build info. If you have in fact cd to the right folder in the command prompt, then I am stumped. Hope this h...

Me too

Actually, this has happened to me several times as well, I am using a old harddrive compleatly dedicated to ROS, and I don't have linux installed. I think it has somthing to do with having a linux distro installed, deleating and repartitioning the hard drive, and installing ROS. In which case the in...

Could they argue that IE is a part of windows, and can not be installed on a seperate operating system without their approval?

I hate LSASS, an error in it screwed up my ability to run windows. It says my password doesnt match the the one it has. I don't, and never had a password. Please let this be one of the few things you don't clone directly from windows.
