For now it's only taskbar and probably desktop. The only new thing is that it utilizes XP UI controls stuff.

A scheduled automatic defrag like in Vista would be a nice utility.
Oh, and a complete OS backup tool (by complete I mean backup of the partition data) would be very helpful tool.

ReactOS 0.5 release series will be marked as (the first) beta, meaning a system which is suitable for every day use. I really doubt a sane human would even think of using a "beta 1" for everyday use. I think 0.6 or 0.7 should be marked as the first usable version, but 0.5 is in my opinion...

Wwwwait, wasn't ROS_LEAN_AND_MEAN usable even before? I always built my builds with it and i notice the stripping of files (I just appended ROS_LEAN_AND_MEAN=yes)

And for scripts we don't have cscript.exe.

22 looks cool, just like what RX is supposed to do, and is very original. (a lot of the designs are rather like the ROS logo or simply a X and some surface)

Is Delphi a C (or in rare cases, C++) variety? Else no, thanks, ReactOS will not even bother using your code.

It also requires Windows Presentation Foundation.

This would be a bad idea:
-ReactOS contains foreign code (Wine, etc).
-Allowing people to use the foreign code, bypassing the GPL wouldn't be very legal. (deal with it, GPL says so)
-Disallowing people certain stuff, like extending the API or moving files is ridiculous and also violates the GPL.
