Re: ReactOS on a Raspberry Pi

If you don't have the cash on hand, it's really not worth it to get the Pi just for testing ReactOS on a virtual machine. I have other reasons, this was just one of them. I just wanted to know if it would work right now since ReactOS is always changing. Also I hear even Windows 98 runs very slow. E...

Re: ReactOS on a Raspberry Pi

Did you search the ReactOS forums first? I know there is a tutorial from a couple of years ago. But since ReactOS has been updated a lot since then I don't know if it will still run fast enough. I don't yet have a Raspberry Pi to test it on (have to sell somethings to make the money). I was just ki...

GAME.COM emulator

Can't get the GAME.COM emulator to work. I'll update my ReactOS and test the GAME.COM emulator again. I hope that can get it to work, if that doesn't work I'll try installing the VirtualBox Guest Support with 3D Support and enabling 3D acceleration. Next I'll try doubling the RAM. If all that fails ...

ReactOS on a Raspberry Pi

I have read that you can use Qemu to run ReactOS on a Raspberry Pi, but does anyone know the speed for the latest model raspberry pi running a daily build from somewhere between two months ago and now? I'm thinking about getting a raspberry pi and I would like to know if ReactOS can run fast enough ...

The issue is that he does not have an account in JIRA, even though he has an account on the website. Account data from the forum is synced with JIRA and Drupal every x hours by using LDAP. I know, but his account is too old for it to be just the LDAP sync issue. Actually phpBB, MediaWiki, JIRA and ...

Problem logging in Jira (from Epic Win)

I mentioned that I couldn't get on Jira in the Epic Win topic and didn't want to use that any more. Basically I had an account for months, but I can't get in Jira. I apparently do not have an account. So this is where I wanted to move that discussion to.

Edit: It's working...

Re: Pros and Cons of Building Your Own Boot Disk

On my computer RosBE opens to C:\reactos, and I run the .bat file from there. If you would suggest changing it somehow, I'm open to suggestions, but so far, I simply always run it from that directory, and it places/updates the source in C:\reactos\trunk\source, and builds the OS in C:\reactos\trunk...

Re: Pros and Cons of Building Your Own Boot Disk

I found recently that I couldn't build ReactOS any more with my old build script and RosBE 2.1.1, so I uninstalled RosBE 2.1.1, installed RosBE 2.1.3, and started rewriting my build script (it kind of needed it anyway). If I ignore all the logic I'm writing in to my buildscript for handling branche...

Re: EPIC WIN!

I haven't got Jira to work for my account. Is there anything special I need to do? Some people experience problems logging into Jira when they are new here, but you have been around long enough for you to be able to log in at Jira. Try logging out on the front page of reactos.org, then log in again...

The Earth Worm Jim 1 DOS demo works... (pic) As you can see this demo has a slight graphic glitch (I think that is actually because of the resolution of the game), but is otherwise playable. I couldn't get the EWJ2 DOS demo to work though. Still have to buy the full versions of EWJ 1+2 and EWJ 3D, ...

Re: Does testing if software works help ReactOS?

hbelusca wrote:Hi! If, during your tests, you encounter an app which doesn't work (crash, bad rendering...), you can grab a debug log and create a report on Jira (in case the problem was not already reported), this is always useful for us.
Thanks.
