Re: Installing ReactOS on VirtualBox in Win32 Host
You can also get it on the ROS download page (http://www.reactos.org/en/download.html) - or were you meaning something else?

Re: [NewIdea]A new way to push ReactOS Development [NewIdea]
If the ROS forum is the wheel that needs to start turning, would it help to display some stats in the forum about donations? Like how much per month we've received, would like to receive, etc? What about adding total donations given to user's info along with their post count? (Assuming they don't wa...

Re: [NewIdea]A new way to push ReactOS Development [NewIdea]
Yeah, I didn't word that terribly well. I agree with you, Vicmarcal, that the donors shouldn't decide what the funding goes to. I was trying to say that it might help to make the contracts publicly visible so that people know specifically what will be accomplished. That makes it more tangible and th...

Re: [NewIdea]A new way to push ReactOS Development [NewIdea]
A pity we don't have enough donnors to move this idea forward. Maybe I missed this somewhere, but why can't we go ahead and set this up anyway? I'd suggest only opening it to 2 or 3 contracts at first, and let people see the impact it makes. You know - give an idea of the average time things took b...

Re: 64 bit
I really don't see why there couldn't be a wrapper of sorts, but wouldn't that harm performance? Even if performance is harmed, that's still a step up from no performance - which is what Microsoft has right now. No performance of old hardware/drivers with new software. It would be pretty awesome if...

Re: 0.3.11 rel (and others) won't install.
I'm having trouble with installing ReactOS 0.3.11 - the installer begins loading files, and the screen goes black and the system stops responding as soon as it hits ext2.sys (it might have been ext2.exe). I've got a Pentium 4 Dual Core 2.6GHz processor, ASUS P5Q-VM motherboard, 2GB of RAM (what I su...

My bad.
And it must be a new user thing. I've only got Report Post and Delete Post. Delete Post seems to disappear once another post has been added.

Re: Read this if you've found software useful to ReactOS
Sorry for the double-post, but I don't see an edit button.
EDIT: I should say, ROS doesn't work yet on my computer! I have faith that it will one day. Either that or I'll quit messing around with AMD...

Re: Read this if you've found software useful to ReactOS
I registered on this forum just to link metapad . It's released under the GNU GPL and it's written in ANSI C with Win32 API (look under the "How?" section). It's a great replacement for notepad, and if you don't have something like this already, check it out! (I wouldn't know - I've been tracking RO...
